Often in yachting you just want someone to tell it to you straight.  It may be a professional opinion of a new purchase or a review of the general state of a project or repair.  And then there is ongoing education.  We all benefit from knowing more about our boats.  Sometimes written reports from surveyors or mechanics need to be put into real terms that the yacht owner can use to make decisions.  Our continuous experience with all types of equipment and different brands of boats makes us an invaluable resource.  We want to share our experience with you.

DAMSEL Marine Services can provide, specific to the owner’s needs, assistance with learning and understanding a boat’s systems, troubleshooting and/or coordinating repairs and upgrades the owner may desire.  

We also find that quality hands-on operation and discussion of the yacht’s handling characteristics, including strong and weak points, greatly improves the owner’s confidence and enjoyment of their yacht.  DAMSEL Marine Services is available to address an owner’s specific concerns such as docking, anchoring, line handling, electrical hookups, navigation and maintenance.
